Zuzanna Wach-Skrabel

Zuzanna is a project manager/resource manager at Luxoft as well as a certified coach and psychologist providing online psychological consultations, all of which she does in both Polish and English. She has been working with recruitment and HR for nearly 15 years.

For the last 8 years, she has held the position of Recruitment Manager while also undertaking the duties of recruitment leader for the EMEA region for a nuclear energy company. Her experience comes from diverse international companies from various industries, meaning she has had the opportunity to carry out recruitment processes for numerous positions – from specialist to managerial and directorial ones – both in Poland and abroad. She is the mother of two children as well as a lover of yoga and a healthy and active lifestyle.
