Wiktoria is a leader with more than 10 years' experience in IT within the banking area. Having a mathematical background, she started her career as an analyst automating mathematical and financial models, continued as a hands-on lead and manager for business analysis teams in the world biggest international banks, and now successfully looking after a big team as a polish lead for Group Treasure Asset and Liability Management and is a Delivery Manager. Wiktoria is a devoted fan of technology and tends to share her passion in each place she is in by leading technology streams within and outside companies, gathering experts to develop innovative solutions for processes optimization, data models implementation, improve system architectures and now working on cloud-based solutions. She is open-minded, likes to learn and share her experience. She participated as a mentor in different mentoring programs and what Wiktoria finds fantastic about it is the possibility to teach and learn at the same time.
