I’m a qualified ACCA accountant, with over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services sector. I have been with NatWest for nearly 10 years now, initially within HR in Natwest, acting as a Business Manager supporting areas such as L&D, People Services, Policy & Advice before moving into Finance. Within Finance, I pivoted my career to build experience with Change Management upskilling in Prosci’s ADKAR framework and supporting Finance Transformation with capability and communications planning and transformation delivery. I am now working as the Performance & Business Manager for Finance – Reporting & Controls combining my HR and Finance knowledge to support the largest function in Finance that has nearly 1400 individuals and a footprint in four countries.
I have been a Gender Network committee member for the last few years and am now the Co-Chair to the Partnerships and Initiatives function of the Network. Here we roll out initiatives such as Lean In Circles, #IamRemarkable, 50 Ways to Fight Bias across the Bank as well as partnering with organisations such an UN Women, to really support our female colleagues in their careers and drive equality in the organisation. Supporting women in their careers is a passion of mine and I am a Lean In facilitator, running my circle for over a year now. I’ve also achieved the Natwest Women in Business specialist accreditation and actively support female entrepreneurs.
