Soňa Roventa-Hakszer is Safety and Industrial Channel Leader for East Europe Region as well as Country Leader of Slovak subsidiary at one of the largest companies in the world - 3M, which manufactures a wide range of industrial, healthcare and consumer products.

As Head of Safety and Industrial Distribution Channel Organization at 3M, she is responsible for development of distribution channel strategy including profitable sales volume objectives, joint business execution thru aligned go-to-market strategies for increased customer satisfaction and its subsequent implementation in Eastern Europe Region. She is developing relationships with business partners with aim of increased channel performance, as well as supporting internal and external communications and resolving potential conflicts in this area.

She is skilled in business development, channel key account management or negotiation. Soňa Roventa-Hakszer is a confident leader with multicultural experience who has worked in diverse segments ranging from industrial and safety engineering to retail fashion during her rich and successful career. She has been with 3M, a global leader in science and innovation, for a total of more than 13 years and has experience in a variety of 3M´s corporate areas - HR, sales and marketing, and managing various corporate operations.
