Romina Abbondanza

I graduated in Electronic Engineering at University of Bologna.

My journey in Electrolux started in 2017 as trainee in Engineering and Maintenance Department, an opportunity to become familiar with the processes and automation for the production of ovens and hobs. In 2018 my path in Electrolux continued leading projects with special commitment on Quality and Cost covering the role of Product Care Engineer. In 2020 I joined the Global Steam Domain Technology Organization as Development Engineer responsible for the design and development of steam components, evaluating technical solutions with suppliers, factory and other key functions.

Currently, I am a Project Leader inside Global Steam Domain Technology Organization, responsible to drive projects from requirement definition to the approval for series production, guiding the Project Team to achieve the objectives according to Project targets.

What I love of my job? To be part of a Global Team, leading projects with special focus on bringing into the market innovative and sustainable solutions, improving Consumer Experience around the preparation of food.

I am Italian-Spanish, I love travelling and cooking in particular desserts.
