Twenty-five years of active engagement in designing and building countrywide access networks allowed me to make technical and business experience in the Telco market. This interesting path from network engineer and sysop to Solution Architect in Intel gave me a unique opportunity to change my teenage hobby into a job that never bores me! I have successfully introduced many young enthusiasts into this world during those years. A significant part of developed technologies and solutions is based on the constant battle between fresh and mature ideas. I see massive potential in a diverse environment where the different points of view and approaches are able to work together on a common goal. Mentor and mentees represent both sides where they complement each other. I see the opportunity where the professional knowledge of mentors might support the fresh, innovative point of view of mentees.
