Paulina Stanczyk

Paulina Stańczyk is Project Manager in NatWest Poland with 7 years of experience in project management area.  She has been leading various types of business and technology projects, like applications amendments or new systems roll out. Paulina is also gaining new skills as Scrum Master role. Moreover, she is engaged in two Employee’s Led Networks Group: Women Network, which aim is to create women community by championing theirs potential and fostering an inclusive culture. Second group of Paulina’s engagement is Enable Network, which mission is to make NatWest Poland the employer of choice by enabling and nurturing an accessible, inclusive and supportive culture within the bank.
Privately, Paulina is mother of two sons, loving short and long travels with families and friends. She is very energetic person, people oriented and open for new experiences.
