Paulina Grzywacz

As the Account Delivery Manager, Paulina is responsible for managing customer relations and the successful delivery of projects and services. She supports IT talents in their career paths and job change processes, leads the IT recruitment team and serves as the link of communication between customer managers and internal teams.

Paulina joined NATEK 3,5 years ago, starting her adventure as a Junior IT Recruiter. She focused on gaining knowledge about the IT industry, technologies, sourcing strategies, screening and selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing negotiations with customers and candidates. At the same time, she was creating the best candidate experience for the candidates. She has been promoted several times to the roles of IT Recruiter, IT Team Coordinator and finally, the Account Delivery Manager. As she says, each of her new roles gave her more opportunities to develop and work close to the IT market. Now, she uses her knowledge and experience to grow the NATEK business and share her expertise with other recruiters.

She was recognized as an individual TOP Performer in 2019 and 2020, as well as, as the biggest account growth as a Delivery Manager in 2021.
