Olga is a Senior Data Scientist at BCG Gamma in Stockholm. Passionate about social impact, she spent the past year developing and implementing CO2 AI, a Machine Learning solution helping companies understand where their emissions come from and how to reduce them. Her expertise is in developing and deploying data-driven decision support systems for corporate clients in fashion, retail, insurance, industrial goods and public sector.
Additionally, she is a speaker for Women@GAMMA in the Nordics, working towards popularisation of Data Science and creation of a more diverse and inclusive environment through representation and recruiting.
Olga's background includes mathematics, economics and Machine Learning. Before BCG she conducted academic research on welfare inequalities for the Polish Academy of Sciences and predictive modelling in healthcare for Leiden University Medical Centre.
