Olga Legat

Olga is an attorney-at-law specializing in privacy. She is founder and vice-president of the Personal Data Protection Section at the Warsaw Bar Association.  She is also PhD candidate at the Koźmiński University, College of Law with planned dissertation topic: influence of the GDPR on the competitiveness of SMEs. She graduated from Center for American Law Studies one-year course in American Law organized in cooperation with University of Florida. Projects that Olga worked on include: data protection due diligence audits for M&A projects on nutrition, finance and production markets, GDPR assistance in M&A transactions in personal data and IT system transfers, audits and GDPR implementation in a Polish pharmaceutical company and post-implementation GDPR audits.
