Olga is experienced Country Leader of 3M Cesko and she is also responsible as HR Operational Partner for Safety and Industrial Business Group, East Europe Region.
Olga joined 3M already 16 years ago, since this time she handled multiple roles in Human Resources and also organization change management as she was part of team responsible for implementation of SAP system in Cesko, Slovakia and Hungary.
Olga has strong experience from many Human Resources Areas as learning and development, career development, performance management, reward and engagement. As she was appointed to role of Organizational Change Manager, she has been part of organization evolution and all related changes.
On top of it, Olga leads project Employee Experience Journey for East Europe Region, as critical part of internal engagement program.
