Nina Kaczmarczyk joined Cisco Poland in 2015, starting in Operations supporting Site Leader in his efforts to build a cohesive site operations framework. Almost 2 years later, she moved to her current position of a Project Manager, overseeing delivery of a variety of projects of different scale, technology use, and engagement type. She has supported customers across EMEAR region. Aside of her core job responsibilities, Nina is a strong enthusiast and active player in the Inclusion & Collaboration space. One of her I&C involvements include: running pilot of Cisco’s “LifeChanger” program in Krakow, aiming to enhance employment opportunities for people with disabilities, and founding and running the ASPIRE Diversity Expert Group, that united numerous companies around the I&C topics. Nina is now Ambassador for Cisco Poland’s participation in the University of Success initiative. It is a nation-wide educational program aiming to build soft and technical skills amongst young women (19-25yrs old) from orphanage, foster families, childcare institutions, from families with difficult financial situation.
Prior to Cisco, Nina was working in London for a multinational consultancy company, where she supported private and public sector clients in projects based in Europe, Central Asia, North Africa and the Middle East.
In her spare time, Nina loves reading (runs the Cisco Krakow Book Club, participates in a local library book club), listening to the music and discovering “unknown” artists (produces annual CDs with selected songs under a given theme to share with close friends).
