Natalia Roumpedaki

I hold a degree in Electronic Engineering from university of Rome “Sapienza” with specialization in Electromagnetic Applications. I have ten years of experience in multinational corporations of Home Appliances as well as Professional Appliances. Throughout these years I mainly worked in the Advanced Development, R&D, Quality and Product Development departments. I started as a project engineer and during the years I took more and more accountabilities managing external partners, located around the world, for project execution and delivery. I lead and coordinate small and big projects. Currently I am working on a whole portfolio of projects that need to be developed by technologies and laboratories to make a final product.

  I like changes and to see different things, this is was mainly the reason that in my career I have always looking for different responsibilities and roles, getting out of my comfort zone makes me grow professionally and personally. This attitude also gave me the opportunity to work in multinational companies, with different culture and values, that helped me to keep an open-minded approach.

I like traveling and photography is my passion, both are helping me to focus and set next goals
