Monika Sobocińska

I started my career journey as a Windows driver validation engineer in 2014. After 2 years I become a lead of that team. To finally change my passion to organization and optimalization into my daily job - process improvement engineer. During few years in that possition I introduced new processes like escape analysis and implemented many changes in current ones for example I was resposinsible for creating whole test managment data model for my organisation. In 2021 I started new chapter in my career and now I'm a firmware validation manager. I'm glad to be back in validation environment, because for me validation is not a profession, it is lifestyle and always will be close to my heart.

I wouldn't be here, where I'm today without my mentors. More than once they help me resolve my work problems, choose direction or just grow as a person, not only as an employee. Because of that I know how important mentoring is. I would like to give it back to the world, what I got and help someone else. Currently, I'm a mentor of New Technologies for Women program.
