Monika Łagun is a manager with over 15 years of experience in IT projects Monika is responsible for building high-performance teams, developing employees and products and services for clients. She has experience in international IT projects and in-house soft skills development initiatives for employees.
Monika looks for ways to leverage employees' talents and strengths to create effective teams. As part of this area, she conducts trainings on, among others, managing oneself by leveraging strengths.
Currently she is the Chapter Leader of the Yolt and Financial Market team at ING Hubs Poland and leads a team that delivers functionalities to the Financial Market domain systems.
