Before I joined the IT world I worked in retail and marketing, and then in architecture and construction. Now, for the last 11 years I've been working with people in IT. Looking closely at how they work, what motivates them, what attracts their attention and what discourages them from being the best version of themselves. I focus on finding the best people for the projects and the best projects for our people.
Privately - a mother of four: two kids and two cats, a biker and a compulsive books buyer.
