Monika Dymper is a graduate of the Rzeszów University of Technology, where she specialized in Enterprise Management. She has been working in finance since 2002, when she started her professional career in London immediately after graduation. In London, she gained extensive experience in finance, after which she returned to Poland in 2014 to work at UBS Investment Bank, where she transformed integrated middle office processes. She then joined Luxoft in January 2018.
Her team management strategy is based on emotional intelligence, which, applied at work, is about how you intelligently use emotions to get positive results.
She is the mother of two children and loves driving fast cars.
