With more than ten years of experience in International Companies, Martina has a solid background in Product and Portfolio Management, with a special focus on sustainable solutions.
She graduated in Industrial Engineering in Bologna after one year at MTECH in Zurich. Her Master thesis was a comparative LCA & LCC between solar thermal panels and geothermal heat pumps for domestic water heating.
Martina started her path in Global Product Management in 2011, fist dealing with renewable solutions for domestic heating and water heating, then immersing in professional refrigeration appliances.
Since January 2021 she has the role of Global Product Portfolio Manager for Dish Care in Electrolux, making sure the global category strategy drives towards consumer centricity and sustainability.
Martina loves reading, sports and spending time outdoor with her little son, her family and friends.
