Marta Wrzesinska

I’m an experienced Software Development Manager and Project Manager with 15 years of experience in such roles as Software Development Engineer, Project Manager, Software Development Manager and Technical Program Manager. Currently I’m working at Amazon for over 2 years at the position of Senior Technical Program Manager for Alexa Text-To-Speech team. My main focus is how to get machine learning based speech synthesis closer to our customers. In order to get it done I’m working on the daily basis with our devices teams, software engineers, scientists and language engineers. Before that I was managing software development teams in such companies as Lufthansa Systems and Nordea. In my work I combine best practices from Management 3.0, Agile Methodologies and PMI.

Privately I’m a mother of 2 children and I love to travel. I highly believe in maintaining the work-life balance and do not agree that you need to choose between your private life and career.
