Mariana started her IT career 13 years ago, as business analyst and application tester at IBM Poland. As she was keen to understand the global business process, she joined the internal audit team and worked for another 2 years as an auditor. However, drawn by her passion for project management she applied for a PM role within the IT department, where she successfully delivered a variety of business applications implementation projects for JIRA workflow, Maximo, Jetex, DCIW. For the last 5 years (2 in SST) she is driving Robotic Process Automation cases as an IT PM applying Agile techniques & LEAN methodology.
