17 years ago I started my career as a developer in the ICT industry. Quickly and unexpectedly I got the opportunity to move to technical instructor role and I gladly used it. I cooperated very closely with people and stayed in constant contact with new technologies.

In the following years I supported the development of competences in daughter companies in Ukraine and Belarus, built a training portfolio for external customers, planned and supported the knowledge transfers in international projects, and  created a strategy for building technical competences in the company. In recent years, I have been developing training team in Poland, although I am still happy to work with groups as in instructor. Now, more often on leadership than technical topics, but it is even more challenging in IT world.

Privately mom of almost teenager, loving sports, new activities, cultures and travels.
