Małgorzata is IT Manager of Forecast To Schedule team in 3M, Scrum Master and Developer in a scrum team. She has 15 years of ERP systems experience and 11 years working in Supply Chain area, this includes business and IT departments. Joined 3M in 2016 at the time that 3M Global Service Center was established. She’s graduate of Wroclaw University of Economics with master of “Business Administration”. She holds several certificates as Professional Scrum Master, APICS (BSCM, MRP, DSP), SAP PP, ITIL and Dev Ops. In her work she is connecting the IT world with the business world and dealing with implementations of ERP solutions that will meet business expectations.
She has skills in team management, project management, SAP functional and technical knowledge, personal development and scrum framework. Her daily tasks include collecting requirements, analyzing and presenting them in a way that is understandable to both parties, coordinating scrum team and eliminating encountered problems.
She is interested in self-development. In her spare time she practices yoga, meditates, reads books and spends time with family.
