Economist, graduated from Main School of Economics (SGH) in Warsaw. Started her career in 3M in Poland as a business marketer over 20 years ago. Held various managerial positions in business, corporate marketing, HR and business transformation. Most recently responsible for Organizational Change Management and Workforce Readiness for ERP/SAP deployments in EMEA. Since 2020 holds the position of Brand & Communication Leader in East Europe. Certified Organizational Change Management Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. One of the leaders of the 3M Women Leadership Forum.
