Magdalena is a Chemist with masters in Polymer Science, obtained from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. She is also CPIM/APICS certified, so she knows how to effectively manage disruptions, demand variations, manufacturing and supply chain risk.
In her 15 years career with 3M, she has worked in various roles related to Supply Chain, Warehouse, Six Sigma and in last 5 years in Project management.
Magdalena never gets bored and as a Project Leader aims always for a positive change to company and others.
On top of her current responsibilities she started a various self-taught trainings, works on kids self-confidence and supports young girls together with Inspiring Girls Foundation.
