Magdalena holds a Senior Leader role within Cisco Emea organization. She leads Technical Services group providing support for Customers and Partners that use Cisco Collaboration Solutions.
She is also plays an advisory role for Inclusion and Collaboration within Cisco Poland as well as supports Inclusion and Collaboration efforts at EMEA level.
Magdalena has experience in building effective teams through creating an environment where people can operate at their best. Her driving principles are to be conscious, courageous, and intentional about the actions, leadership style and people support and development.
