Magdalena Fischer-Tobiasz

A leader with several years of professional experience in the financial services and IT services industry. She gained her competences and knowledge while implementing global projects in Scandinavian, German, Swiss and British markets in multinational corporations. As a team manager she was mainly responsible for human resources management and coordination of projects using agile methodologies such as Agile and Lean Management. Currently she is continuing her professional career in Santander bank Polska as an IT Area Leader. She has been working for Santander group for over three years, and her duties include managing IT team responsible for digitizing HR area in the bank. 
One of her passions is mentoring, which she has been involved in for several years, using it at work and cooperating with foundations dedicated to this subject. She continuously develops her competences in this field, currently she is a member of EMCC Poland, where she deals with promoting mentoring in Poland.
