I am leading the Warsaw part of the Cluster Management team (Borg) at Google.
Before that, I worked at Motorola Solutions for many years. I honed my technical and leadership skills by working first as a programmer, then as a technical leader of a development team, and finally as a manager of large interdisciplinary teams. My specialties are lightweight project management methodologies and optimization of software development processes in organizations.
I graduated from Computer Science at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.
I believe in self-organization of teams and I always strive to build cooperation based on trust.
Privately, I am a mother of three kids. And a Stoic philosophy enthusiast, which helps a lot when trying to reach a compromise between being a mom and my passion for work.
Fun fact: I love Italian cars, driving my third Alfa Romeo and waiting for a Ferrari (not anytime soon though).
