In her current role of a Data & Analytics Manager at NatWest, she is managing a global team, responsible for developing and delivering analytics based on the latest technologies, aimed at supporting business in making decisions based on data and real use of the potential of Big Data, including predictive analytics and artificial intelligence.
Magda is an active mentor focused on helping women with their first steps and success in technology. Privately, a mother of two boys.
