Blue working fan. I started in BIG Blue (IBM) from internship during studies on Warsaw University of Technology and switched to Scandic Blue (Nordea).
I am example of how non - IT educated person could handle in IT world with STEM basics: 1st level Production Engineering (Welding) and 2nd level Digital Economy (Service Oriented Architecture – IBM Websphere Modeler).
Getting familiar in IBM with the IT industry, products, services solution design, business partners network and whole operational background I was shaped to fulfill not only governance role.
It resulted in key competences learning universal to the bank running too. Maturing here patterns seeing and improving infrastructure processes brought me whole overview of how to manage the capability of delivering applications.
I am keen for different voluntary activities such as social fund, Woman and supporters, hackathons organizing, work culture taskforce.
