Ksenija Bartol

After finishing my degree in applied maths, I entered the tech industry intending to optimise algorithms and not deal a lot with people.  As it turned out, my career has been primarily dealing with people: managing teams, portfolios, and customer relationships.  Instead of optimising algorithms, I specialise in optimising processes.

With over twenty years' exeperience in different domains (sports, public sector, health, telco), roles and organisations, I always feel the greatest reward when I am supporting people and teams to grow and create exciting and meaninful products together.

I joined Sportradar in Ljubljana in 2016 and I am amazed at the scale of change we have achieved in this time.  It is great to be part of evolving the culture at the same time as rapid growth in the size and scale of the company.  I am proud to be part of the Women in Tech initiative.
