I am an IT professional with over 16 years of experience in delivering value to clients through successful Project and Program Management, designing Technical Architecture, and leading Development Teams. A Salesforce and Blockchain Capability Leader at work while still a developer at the bottom of my heart. Started my career in Oracle Retail with a key technical focus on Oracle Database, over the past years I changed the direction and took responsibility for creating Salesforce and Blockchain Capability in two separate locations providing also the complete strategic and marketing vision for the growth of the company. 
I am a relator and tend to build my Teams on two fundamental values: trust and responsibility. The latest passion I found in myself is to help people to discover their potential. I am intrigued by and have an understanding of the unique qualities of each person. Focusing on the differences among individuals makes our teams more successful!
