Katarzyna Kowalska

Katarzyna Kowalska have been working at CK since June 2021 as a Team Manager of the first line of technical support and is responsible for the Danish team. She is interested in the IT industry, because in her opinion this is where the greatest development is compared to various professional sectors. She thinks that even if we have different approaches and interests, it is important to go beyond the frames and not always continue the approach that has been given to us in the past. If she thinks that she can do something differently, easier, faster, better and finally get a better result, she tries to go in this direction.
As a woman, she always approaches matters neutrally and do not favor people from the team. It doesn't matter if she is better off working with a man or a woman. The goal is how to approach it in order to execute and complete successfully. The key to success is to be optimistic, to repeat to ourselves, if we fail today we will succeed tomorrow, we do not have to be a walking ideal, it is important to fulfill our role, also to develop and like what we do. Then our work will not be only 9-17 because we have to but because we want to.
