She's graduate of Wroclaw University of Economics and Wroclaw University of Science and Technology with master of Management and faculties in Logistics and Financial Analysis. She started her career in consulting company, while providing services to external customers. In 3M her role has been initially technical and turned into leadership role. She develops teams and talents.
