Katarzyna is experienced Operations Manager responsible for Personal Safety Division which is part of Safety and Industrial Business Group in 3M Wroclaw.
Kasia joined 3M in 2007 as a trainee in Process Engineering Department. She has held multiple positions of increasing responsibility in process engineering and manufacturing operations in different business groups. Most recently Kasia has been Value Stream Manager responsible for few value streams.
Currently Kasia as an Operations Manager concentrates to deliver safety, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization. Cooperation with other people builds her motivation and work satisfaction.
Kasia belongs also to Women’s Leadership Forum in 3M Poland Manufacturing organization.
