An experienced Service & UX Designer and Manager. She leads creative and holistic thinking across diverse products and services and manages the quality of design through all phases of the process. She is proficient in concepting, ideation, and evolving early-stage ideas into scalable solutions through iterative prototyping, testing, and refining with a focus placed on the quality of the user experience.
At GSK she is responsible for defining the strategy for UX & Design within R&D Tech, including standards and best practices. She leads Experience Design activities, improves UI designs through wireframing, prototypes and workshops and provided specialist UX capabilities and coaching to product teams and proactively driving their product UX design process and strategy.
