She is passionate about creating frameworks, governance and structures facilitating effective organizational change and rapid adoption of new ways of working in complex ecosystems.
Seasoned people leader with several years’ experience in motivating and coaching teams and individuals across cultures and locations, including mentoring young talents in making the most of their potential.
She specialises in leading large-scale enterprise software development and transformation initiatives, with hands-on approach through all phases of solution lifecycle - from presales, through implementation, onboarding and migration engagements through to post-implementation support management.
