Karolina Radzikowska

I am an HR specialist with almost 20 years of experience gained in international corporations. I have been working as a Senior Business Partner at PwC Polska for 6 years. I graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and from Social Psychology at SWPS. On a daily basis, I coordinate all human-related processes, support leaders in team management, and cooperate with other HR teams. What motivates me the most to work are the people around me and constant contact with them. In my spare time, I draw strength from volunteering, dancing and singing. 

Privately, I am a mother of two teenagers, I run, ride a bike and watch TV series.
