Background: Master's degree in the field of National Security, specialization of Cybersecurity and data protection at the General Tadeusz Kościuszko Military University of Land Forces. Currently Project Management studies at the University of Economics in Wrocław.
For three years I have been working for positions where customer service is the foundation. First as a Customer Services Specialist for DACH region and now in 3M since a year and a half as an IT Analyst.
In 3M in addition to the duties of an IT Analyst, I am one of the main trainers for new Service Desk Agents.
Key achievements: Cooperation with Costa Rica Global Service Center to conduct training for new APAC Service Desk Agents. Preparing training courses on specific topics, evaluation of the knowledge and progress of new joiners.
