Kamila joined Cisco in 2012 bringing organizational, planning & teamwork skills, passion to work with people, experience in project and people management as well as in operations support. For the past couple of years, she was leading Support Services and Professional Services teams in various technology domains as well as Business Support teams.
Participated and led global programs and transformation initiatives. Her internal motivation comes from business challenges as they lead to exploring new paths and inspiring others to do things they wouldn’t ordinarily do or would have ever thought possible. Loves to follow her natural instincts to be curious first, critical second, and take the time to create relationships, embrace diversity, and continuously look for improvements. Fighting with stereotypes that you must have an engineering background to be successful in IT. She is currently a student of the International MBA, holds a master’s degree in Business Management and Economic Counseling in addition to certificates in PMP, PROSCI Change Management, and ITIL.
Next to her busy Cisco schedule, Kamila is a mother of two kids, loves practicing Ashtanga yoga and spending time with her family and friends.
