She joined the Warsaw team of Standard Chartered bank at the beginning of 2019. In her current position, she is responsible for the strategy and planning of Red Team stress tests, which conducts cyberattack simulations to better prepare the bank to defend itself against real attacks.
On a daily basis, she cooperates with the Cyber Women Community, where, as an expert in the field of Cybersecurity, she shares her knowledge with workshop participants. Kamila focuses on the professional and personal development of women and the creation of a gender-balanced workplace. Co-author of a report on the situation of women in cybersecurity, which was developed in cooperation with the Cyber Women Community. She is passionate about supporting young people in taking their first steps in the world of technology (mentor in the ITforSHE program and during the Women in Tech Summit). She has been successfully developing her career path in this world, not having graduated from a technical university (she is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics).
