Jolanta has over 20 years of HR Management and Transformation experience including building HR strategies, designing talent development programs, implementing HR processes, employee evaluation systems, job evaluation, compensation and benefits, HR administration, career building, employer branding management, engagement and satisfaction surveys, CSR, internal communication. She participated in a variety of transformation projects such as company restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, change management, employee engagement building, HR platforms deployment, comprehensive Microsoft 365 deployment and the implementation of remote and hybrid working models. She is an active member of the Institute of Humanites, one of the leading Polish Think&Do tanks working towards the development of Coherent Leadership (Spójne Przywództwo™) model. The Institute operates in four areas forming the ecosystem in which man lives and matures: Family, Working Environment, Education and the World of Culture and Media. She graduated from University of Economics in Katowice (Master’s in Management and Marketing). She completed MBA at University of Wales/Manchester Business School.
