Over 10 years ago I chose working with Contracts for IT and ITO services signed with external technology suppliers for global banks’ operations, what luckily provided consistency in my career. I went through the roles of contract analytic, contract administrator, contract manager to eventually become lead third party risk engagement manager responsible for contract risk governance for network services delivered across bank’s telecommunications function: monitoring and measuring if vendors’ posture falls into bank’s risk appetite, guarding if they fulfil obligations against bank’s risk management policies and regulators’ requirements, and if contracts still fit for original purpose and company’s strategy, advising in interpretation of contracts’ provisions, mediating and negotiating with 3rd parties substantial changes to agreements.

I am passionate about industry trends and good practices in contracting for IT outsourcing, supply of network Infrastructure components and security products, as well as legal terms in and risk controls for global, multi-function agreements. Privately I love sport climbing, tailoring and perfumery.
