Joanna is a senior IT manager with 20+ years experience in IT operations and development in the financial sector, including 15 in leadership positions. She has lead teams operating IT infrastructure and 24/7 applications in Polish banks and has experience in IT transformation, technical product management, building complete banking infrastructure solutions, telecommunications, cloud and automation. Joanna feels as comfortable with tackling technical tasks as with leading team members toward a common business purpose.
