Joanna Gałajda

Joanna is a Manager in Digital Team at EY Law. She specializes in new technologies law, including in particular IT contracts, IT implementations, cloud computing and cybersecurity. She has an extensive experience in advising both Polish and international clients from the IT, financial and energy sectors. Joanna has a background in Polish law, but has significant experience with international contracts and negotiations. She is a regular speaker at  IT conferences, as well as a guest lecturer at Postgraduate Studies at Lazarski Unversity - Law in business. She also supervise the "Law @ Web" initiative - digital studies on new technologies and law for law students, organized jointly with ELSA Poland. Joanna holds the title of LL.M. from the American University of Illinois Institute of Technology. Currently a PhD student at ALK, preparing a dissertation in the field of cyber security.
