Joanna started her career in Citibank in 2004, as a line employee. She moved then to the Team Lead positions up to Team Manager roles. She was a part of various departments – Securities and Banking, Technology, AML (she holds ICA Certificate in AML). Main core of her activities was process centralization, business planning and financial management as well as process reengineering. Common denominator has been people management – from small teams up to groups of 300+ employees, based in Poland, Kuala Lumpur, NY, Tampa and Mexico.
In 2021 Joanna moved to ING Hubs Poland as Customer Due Diligence Area Lead and she manages the team of 170+ Staff.
Joanna is valued for being full of energy, optimist, straightforward and supportive. She loves riding a bike, reading books (she finished polish studies at Warsaw University) and good cinema.
