As a VP Sales & Marketing, Jana is responsible for developing the company’s business side on a group level and supervising final solutions provided to customers.
Jana’s career with NATEK began in 2012 in Bratislava. In 2014, she was assigned to start a newly forming branch in Sofia, Bulgaria, developing the first customer delivery. Later, Jana was appointed to help development in Poland, where she relocated in 2016. Since then, she has contributed to the company’s strategic objective to increase delivery to its key customers. She’s currently leading a Sales Managers team to bring the new customer portfolio and provide the highest value to clients.
A results-driven strategist, Jana provides expert relationship management to partners. She builds trust through a demonstrated ability to optimize performance. She is passionate about professional and personal development.
