Izabella Krzemińska

Psychologist (UW), data scientist (PUE), R&D Expert in AI Competence Center with many years of experience in building customer knowledge and creating data-based services. At Orange Innovations AI Competence Center she is involved in projects to create innovative services that actively adapt to the needs of the user based on his personality / temperament. She creates concepts, algorithms and models thanks to which AI changes its operational priorities, service interface and options to the user's needs. Izabella conducts research on personality / temperament and its influence on everyday functioning of a human being in context of new technologies. The ethics and individual autonomy is for her the basic and non-negotiable assumption for the created solutions based on AI.
