Gosia Surkont

Gosia is an Engineering Manager at Nike’s Poland Capability Center in Gdańsk leading two teams. She supports the NiFi and Nike Streaming Platform teams who are working on products that process and automate data distribution between many sources and multiple destinations as well as building an enterprise streaming capability of delivering trillions of events per day. These solutions will help our customers to focus on how to create business value from their data rather than focusing on its day-to-day operations.

Gosia said, “My role is a facilitator, orchestrator, and coordinator of the team. I support teams and individuals in achieving personal and business goals by identifying and using the strengths of team members, helping people understand their differences and showing them how they can use them to improve communication, creativity and the way they work, all in service of delivering greater value for the customer".
