Giulia Maniago is an Engineer, with a Master degree in Management Engineering (Information Technology curriculum).
She has analytical mindset combined with experience in lean application and project coordination in operations (both in manufacturing and supply chain) developed during 11 years of on- the- job experience.
Currently she is working as Continuous Improvement Manager in Electrolux, where she drives lean and agile implementation inside Global R&D Care organization by facilitating improvement initiatives on process optimization to support operational excellence.
She contributes to growing continuous improvement mindset and capabilities. She is enthusiastic, determined and passionate, she likes encouraging and promoting cross-collaboration and diversity.
In her private life she is a mum of a little 3 years old girl, she loves spending free time with family. She is nature and travel lover.
