Federica Carnevali joined Corning Optical Communications in October 2017 as the Manager Customer Care for the EMEA region. In this role she leads the commercial customer support for Enterprise and Carrier business for all EMEA countries.

Prior to her current position, Carnevali served in several companies in different customer facing roles. She started her carrier in the home appliances industry as Account Manager and she was then employed for 4 years in the tourism industry as Hotel Director. After moving to Germany in 2010 she worked first as project manager in the real estate industry joining then in 2013 the online recruiting-media industry as Head of Sales.

Carnevali holds a master’s degree in foreign Language and Literature from the University of Perugia, Italy.

In 2019, 2020 and 2021 Federica Carnevali became a certified systemic personal and business Coach and Business Trainer. Nowadays she provides individual coaching sessions inside and outside the Corning organizations and participate in the organization to several development and training programs.
